The cookbooks are lightly used or in one case brand new. They are small in terms of pages for ease of mailing, but large in terms of ideas and flavors.

    I love to prepare (and) all kinds of salad. I am usually asked to bring a salad to gatherings.

    Since my family raised cattle in Oklahoma, the meat preparing and eating was prime in my life. My cardiologist tells me that is unfortunate but nevertheless it remains dominant in my memory. What can I do!!!

      Almost forgot…many of my friends tell me I am the Queen of Pie-making. I feel that is an overstatement; however, when I bring my pies to a party…people start hovering around the dessert table. Bless their hearts…and yours, Paulette.

    Anything slowly braised…long, slow cooking…wafting through the house. Stews, one pot dishes. That is what I am best at.

    Since I’m from Italian heritage, I love to cook various pasta dishes. Homemade ravioli, Linguine w/ clams or shrimp, lasagna, etc. Hope I get a cookbook.
